A few TTV photos

I took these photos with my Canon Powershot, and an ooooold Kodak camera. It wasn't a box camera with a mirror (though I want to do some ttv photos like that soon as I find one) because I don't have one, but who made the rule you had to use one? I just used an oooold dusty camera and shot through the viewfinder.

This is a sock monkey I made..his name is Boogie Woogie.

I think I am going to make another sock toy and give them both to my neices for Christmas.

It's finally Friday. I have a lot to do this weekend.

I need to:

1. Make another sock toy

2. Make some homemade hot chocolate mix (for my gift in a jar prsents)

3. Make a scrapbook page of myself and with pics of me for my classroom so my children can look at it and understand who "Miss Anne" is. :)

4. Finish my background check paperwork

5. Make an appointment next week for my blood to be drawn

6. Contact my nutritionist

7. Take another "after" photo..it's so encouraging to look at!

8. Yard sale

9. Charlie has a dog show on Sat..I need to bathe and trim him

10. Love God as much as I possibly can..and clean my room.

It's all cute

Just wanted to share with you a few things I did this weekend.

I painted this little birdie painting (12"x12") for my shop next week! I will be painting about 6 more paintings as well, this is just a sneak peek!

I painted this Marilyn Monroe for my friend Megan's guest bedroom. She collects Monroe items and it looks soooo classy. This isn't my style, I don't really paint like this much at all so it was a first. How did I do?

And this is Charlie(my Patterdale Daschund) drinking juice from a straw! One night I was drinking some juice and I was finished (because I can only drink and eat a tiny bit at a time) so I thought I'd let him try and he seriously drinks it! Haha. Aww bless him with his tiny legs and big head. :)

Another fantastic week in the bag. What is to come this next week? LOTS LOTS LOTS of painting and drawing, a shop update, going to the gym 3 times a week and doing crunches every night, applying at more jobs(hoping I'll get the Day Care job!!)

My baby

AM I CUTE?

You are looking at Huntingdon Dog Show's 1st prize winner for most handsome dog. He was pretty shy but he was the most well behaved dog there!! He was against several dogs of all breeds including the most beautiful Neopolitan Mastif I've ever seen. My Mum was so proud of me dog she shed a tear. I am super proud of my lil guy!!

Today I got my extensions (and beeswax)

I got one beach blonde weft..and I'm not realy feeling it. My hair is also fading back to that reddish colour..only darker..sooo I think I will get a couple bottles of black and dye mine and the extensions.

- picking up some scrapbook papers etc for the Ladies Scrap sesh at my church. I'll be teaching them how to make a minibook. Wooowhooo.
- take Charlie to garden centre - let him wear his cool hat.
- try to stay away from people as much as possible and stay out of fields (I'm due for surgery in a week and I was coughing a bit today - oh no)..
- make some "Sugar Cookies" and "Peppermint" scented small candles. They are going to be suuuuch cool colors, like light pink and turquois.
- get rest.

Sunday

Last night I was workin' online late and baby boy was snoring! I woke him up for kisses and a cuddle.

He is a big cuddler..we snoozed a bit.

This is him plotting to sleep in bed!! So I go to wash my face and come back to..

Charlie had tucked in! Pillow, blanket and that blue sheet is my blanky!

I got in bed and he was still sleeping!!

He's so adorable. Adorable Charlie.

Eye*Candy

They call it puppy love

He wakes me up with kisses in the morning then stares at me (haha) and falls asleep on my pillow. This is a special time for us because he is not allowed to sleep with me, he sleeps in his own bed and every morning he looks forward to our morning cuddle.

And our many cuddles there after! I made a summer dress for this weekend in Southend and I made him a matching shirt.

We had got him a harness (only we don't believe in them anymore..thank-you Cesar!) it didn't fit, then we got another..it didn't fit either, he's too wide for a xsmall and too short for a small..since he's odd shaped like me..we got him a hat, it fits pretty well..although his head is kinda big.

This week in cooking class we are making home made pasta and roasted veggies, one of my favourite dishes. This recipe will be in my cookbook. Also..SUMMER COOKING CLASSES begin soon!! (Have to finish up the spring one) I've had soooo much fun teaching my students how to make my favourite spring dishes, can't wait for summer..it will be a longer class!! Woooowhooo.

I will take pics of me and my parents in Southend. It will be fun. For those of you who don't know, Southend is a beachy warm place in England. We don't have any Florida's or CA..just Cornwalls and Southends and Hunstantons..which are nice and sunny and warm..but the water is ALWAYS freezing!! And..for some reason we have sharks..in freezing water..oh dear.
