Christmas Make Over Plans

So far..
I will be returning to Springfield, MO some time after Christmas for a holiday and I plan on being even trimmer. Here is the plan..vlogging, simple but consistant exercise and better eating. It's time to kick it. I also have a party just before Christmas.
Long walk or light jog
Resistance bands, all muscles
Dancing 30 mins, butt and thigh reps, crunches
Stairs and can lifting..yes..canned food, when you up and down stairs..lifing up and above your head
Resistance bands, all muscles
Chin ones! Looking up and flexing your neck muscles (like you are biting) this is designed to tone your neck, also butt clentches..whenever possible
These reminders will be loaded on my phone as soon as I hit the button "Publish Post"

Changing Season

I like to think of my life like a tree. The older I get, the more pruning I get. I may add things to my life that weigh me down or break me in areas, but when I learn to let go, I grow even stronger. I stand tall in storms and even when I seem to droop a bit the sun(and the Son of God) picks me up and makes me happy again. There is a season. Some seasons I flourish and reap my hard work. Sometimes God gives to me and takes away - just to make room for better things in my life. As the Season is changing I am learning to be Thankful for what God has given me, and the amount of time he has given me. I have been following him closely this year and I'm more than ready to grow how he needs me to. Maybe this next season is the season I struggle for a while - then flourish. No matter what - I'm not going to let anyone, or anything cut me down. I'm going to let God remove from my life the branches he wants that I can grow up much stronger..
Ecclesiastes 3:1-8
A Time for Everything
There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven: a time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to uproot, a time to kill and a time to heal, a time to tear down and a time to build, a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance, a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them, a time to embrace and a time to refrain, a time to search and a time to give up, a time to keep and a time to throw away, a time to tear and a time to mend, a time to be silent and a time to speak,
8 a time to love and a time to hate, a time for war and a time for peace.

The day off

Today I fell in love with:
Rooftop gardens and..
Starbucks Cafe Latte
On my day off I started with a little work at the office filling out an application for a television show here in the UK. The I went downtown Huntingdon and post a gift to Ms. Laura Williams and the application. I got myself a stand from Argos to hang my clothes in my room (pictures later this week witha room tour!) and also a Ploughmans Sandwaich from Sainsbury. Following that I went to Cambridge for some Starbucks, city gazing and grazing around an art gallery..full of cow art. Will share more later. Now it's to bed with a hot drink, some Vicks and someone suggest: Hot Sauce (Louisiana Hot Sauce here I come!!). And a chick flick (course!).

Update pic of me!

Hey everyone. Someone donated some clothes to me the other day and it was like Christmas! There were clothes that fit and some that were too tight, which is perfect because the ones that fit will be too big in a month or so!
So..anyway..I thought I'd share:
Gingerbread White Hot Choc:
The easiest and my most fav quick recipe is about 1 tablespoon of Options White Hot Choc and 1 tablespoon of Gingerbread coffee creamer! Om nom nom.
Home made-
This will make a enough mixture for a few cups! You will only use 1 tablespoons for each cup or according to your taste.
2 cups of powdered milk
1 cup of powdered sugar
1/2 cup of gingerbread dry coffee creamer
